Alysa Mai is a Pinay, daughter, sister, writer, and lover born and raised in the Bay Area. She plans to complete her bachelor's degree in Race, Ethnicity, and Health from San Francisco State University this upcoming school year. This is her second year teaching with PEP and she is excited to be present with the youth in their transition to high school and the greater world. She is also a product of PEP herself from high school and community college. Alysa loves sweet treats, getting her nails done, concerts, matcha, jewelry, nature, and the joys and laughter from community.
