The PEP Community Show is where PEP teachers and students from all school sites — Longfellow Elementary, James Denman Middle School, Balboa High School, Phillip and Sala Burton High School, Skyline College, and San Francisco State University — come together to perform in a culminating end of the year production.

The PEP Community Show Project derives from Dr. Allyson Tintiangco-Cubales’ Asian American Studies 363: Filipina/o American Literature. For their final project, student’s applied their knowledge from the course through the various mediums: CD, magazine/journal, website, poetry video, documentary, or performance about the novels, short stories, and poetry. In the spring of 2002, PEP had their first “final show” where PEP students & teachers worked together to present issues in the Filipina/o American community through the various art forms mentioned above.

Your support and presence is more than enough, but if you feel called to support financially please go to pepsf.org/donate.
