Practice(s) you do for your wellness: Wellness is one of my favorite topics to teach !! One of my practices is grounding and guiding meditation. When I was my students’ age, I would often get super overwhelmed but not know what to do. When I started teaching, I knew it was something I wanted to incorporate in the classroom to ease the anxiety, not just for me but also for students who may need it too.
